Last updated: October 2026 · This website is operated by Infinity Stream TV, based in Saudi Arabia (“we”, “us”, “our”). These policies are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. If you are visiting from another country, you remain responsible for complying with your own local laws, and nothing here limits consumer protections that cannot be waived under the law of your own country.
Information you share
The contact and reseller forms prepare a WhatsApp draft using the details you enter, such as your name, country, contact details, selected plan, and message. The form does not send or store an enquiry on this website. You decide whether to send the prepared message in WhatsApp.
How enquiry information is used
If you send the WhatsApp message, our team uses the information you share to respond to your enquiry, discuss subscription or reseller options, and provide related setup or support. Provide only the details needed to help with your request.
Website security and cookies
This version of the website prepares form messages in your browser and does not create an enquiry database or a form-security session cookie. The enquiry form does not ask for payment-card details.
WhatsApp and external services
WhatsApp links open a separate service. You review and send the message yourself. Information shared with WhatsApp is also subject to that service’s privacy practices. Other external links, if used, are governed by their respective providers.
How long we keep information
Enquiry records are kept for up to 90 days and are then deleted as part of routine data minimization, unless we need to keep specific information longer to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Rate-limit records used to prevent form abuse are deleted automatically once their short window has passed.
Children’s privacy
This website and its enquiry forms are intended for adults who are able to enter into a subscription enquiry. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we ask that children do not submit the enquiry form.
International visitors
This website can be accessed from outside Saudi Arabia. Information you submit is processed and stored in line with this policy regardless of where you are visiting from. If the law of your own country gives you additional data protection rights, contact us using the details below and we will address your request as far as we reasonably can.
Your information and requests
Contact us if you want to ask about an enquiry you submitted, correct its details, or request its deletion. Include enough information to identify your request, but do not send passwords, account credentials, or payment-card information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The version shown here is the current one; check back periodically if you want to review it again.
