All business data is stored in encrypted databases hosted in secure data centers (EU/US regions based on your configuration).
Sharing policy: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or customer data to third parties. Data access is strictly limited to:
- Authorized team members within your organization (admins, managers) based on their roles.
- Third-party infrastructure providers (Firebase, Google Cloud) that are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Legal or regulatory authorities if required by applicable law or to prevent harm.
Invoice files generated within the app are stored in your private Firestore database and can be exported or shared via native device sharing (email, print) at your discretion.
5. Security Measures
We implement robust security safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. These include:

- Device-level sharing/print: When you export invoices or reports, your deviceโs OS (Android/iOS) may handle data sharing via email, messaging, or printing services.
- Crashlytics & performance monitoring: Anonymous crash data helps us improve stability โ no personal customer data is ever included in crash logs.

8. Children's Privacy
ClientCast Manager is strictly intended for professional business use by adults (owners, administrators, and employees of IPTV service providers). The application is not designed for or marketed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our servers. Parents or guardians who believe their child has submitted data should contact us promptly.
